These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between Dev Bulgaria OOD, a company entered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency with UIC 204566446, with its registered office and management address at 59, Dragan Tsankov Blvd., entrance G, floor 2, apartment 3, Izgrev quarter, Sofia, (“DEV.BG”) and the users (individuals and legal entities) of services available on the website www.dev.bg.

I. SECTION “DEFINITIONS”

1. When interpreting and applying these General Terms and Conditions, the terms and expressions used shall have the following meaning:

1.1. “DEV.BG” – Dev Bulgaria Ltd., a company entered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency with UIC 204566446, with its registered office and management address at 59, Dragan Tsankov Blvd., entrance G, floor 2, apartment 3, Izgrev quarter, Sofia;

1.2. “GTC”–these General Terms and Conditions governing the access and use of services available on the website www.dev.bg;

1.3. “Services” – the services provided by DEV.BG through the website www.dev.bg, which can be paid or free, and include opportunities to publish and search for available job positions, apply for jobs, store resumes and files, presentation and acquaintance with employers carrying out activities in the IT sector, etc. The services provided on the website www.dev.bg are dynamic, i.e. they are constantly supplemented and changed with a view to their improvement, and the mode of providing them may be changed, of which the Users shall be notified in an appropriate way;

1.4. “Site”www.dev.bg;

1.5. “User” – any person accessing the website www.dev.bg and using any of the types of Services available through it;

1.6. “Applicant” – User, a natural person who uses one of the forms for applying under the Ad, available through the website www.dev.bg;

1.7. “Employer” – User who has created a Profile on the website www.dev.bg and/or publishes one or more Ads;

1.8. “Ads” – advertisements for available job positions, containing information and conditions for the job offered. Ads can be paid (Sponsored Ad) or free;

1.9. “Job Board” – a virtual board for Ads for available job positions in the IT sector on the page of www.dev.bg;

1.10. “Mini board” – thematic sections of the Job Board, in which the Ads are grouped according to a certain feature;

1.11. “Profile” – a brief presentation of a legal entity carrying out activities in the IT sector, on the website www.dev.bg, the information including, but not limited to: company information and logo, technologies, way of working, benefits, contacts;

1.12. “Standard Profile” – Profile, the creation and maintenance of which is free and does not require the conclusion of an individual contract;

1.13. “Premium profile” – Profile with additional functionalities, the creation and maintenance of which is paid. The Premium profile service is provided and implemented through the conclusion of an individual contract.

1.14. “Personal data” – any information about the User by which the User can be identified, including information that can be protected under the applicable national and European legislation on the protection of personal data.

II. SECTION “GENERAL PROVISIONS”

2.1.www.dev.bg is a virtual information resource on the Internet, created in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and designed to provide information to its users, as well as to provide Services in the IT sector.

2.2. Any person who has accessed www.dev.bg through his/her browser or has been redirected to it, shall thoroughly read the present GTC. Acceptance of the GTC is a mandatory condition for using the Services, and for those that are accessible without registration, the very use of the Site shall be deemed as acceptance with the present GTC.

2.3. DEV.BG reserves the right to change the GTC at any time and at its own discretion, and changes may also result from changes in Bulgarian legislation. Changes shall be posted on the Site and take effect from the day they are posted there. Users are required to check for updates to the GTC and conform their conduct to them.

2.4. In connection with the Services provided, DEV.BG processes personal data of Users, and the processing is carried out according to Section VI.

2.5. To the extent that the Services provided by DEV.BG are diverse and constantly developed and supplemented, as well as in connection with legislative changes, DEV.BG has the right to add new services, change or remove existing Services, without the need for an express warning. When making changes to the services provided by DEV.BG, at the discretion of DEV.BG, information about these changes shall be published on the Site, and/or an email shall be sent according to item 3.13.

2.6. DEV.BG owns the property or the right to use the Site and its content. No one has the right to use in any way, copy, modify or distribute content from the Site for purposes different from or incompatible with the use of the Services and the purpose of the Site, without the express prior written consent of DEV.BG.

2.7. DEV.BG is not responsible for any damages and lost benefits that occurred as a result of use or inability to use the Site and/or the Services offered by DEV.BG.

III. SECTION “TERMS OF USE OF THE STANDARD PROFILE SERVICE”

3.1. The service of creating and maintaining a Standard Profile includes the presentation a User (legal entities) according to information criteria and vision set in advance by DEV.BG (company data, sector, technologies, services and products, way and place of work, number of employees, benefits, contacts, etc.). The service is free, whereas DEV.BG at its discretion and without the consent of the User has the right to place advertising banners and messages on the page of each Standard Profile. In the event that the User wishes to use the additional functionalities offered by DEV.BG, the User may request the conclusion of an individual contract for the Premium Profile Service.

3.2.User of the Service under this section can be any legal entity duly registered and carrying out activities in the IT sector.

3.3. The information that is placed in the Profile is provided through the completion of a standard request form by a competent person who declares that is authorized to represent the User of the Service, including accepting these GTC and performing actions related to the use and management of the Profile on behalf and at the expense of the User.

3.4. After sending the completed standard request form to DEV.BG and checking the GTC consent button, DEV.BG reviews, approves and publishes the information on the Site. The contract for the provision of the Standard Profile Service is considered concluded from the moment the Profile is activated by DEV.BG.

3.5. By agreeing to these GTCs, each User declares and guarantees: that the User is a company duly operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria; that the information submitted to create the Profile contains only true, complete and up-to-date data; that it will not assign, sell or transfer in any way the rights to the created Profile.

3.6. In the event that a User wishes to present a trademark or other object of intellectual property in its Profile, the User should have the distribution rights via the Site. Each User assumes full responsibility before DEV.BG in case of claims by any third parties or imposition of sanctions by a relevant competent authority.

3.7. DEV.BG does not control and is not responsible for the information provided by the User and contained in its Profile. In case of violation by the User of the requirements and conditions for using the Service, the User is obliged to compensate DEV.BG for all damages suffered.

3.8. In the event that a User of the Standard Profile Service also uses the Job Board Service, the Ads published there are linked and visualized in its Profile as well.

3.9. DEV.BG has the right to refuse, temporarily suspend or terminate the provision of the Standard Profile Service without giving any reasons.

3.10. Any User of the Standard Profile Service may request changes to the information available in the Profile.

3.11. Any User of the Standard Profile Service may request its termination and deletion of information from the Profile.

3.12. Based on information provided by all Users of the Standard Profile Service (through standard request forms), DEV.BG can group and categorize Users according to certain criteria (e.g. place of business, number of employees, field of activity, working hours and etc.). A User who does not wish to be categorised in a given group/category should request a change according to item 3.10. or refusal of the Service according to item 3.11 above.

3.13. In connection with the provision of the Standard Profile Service, DEV.BG undertakes to inform the User about the development of the Service in the form of periodic reports and notifications to the User. By accepting these GTC, the User agrees to be the addressee of electronic statements for the purposes of item 3.13.

IV. SECTION “TERMS OF USE OF THE JOB BOARD SERVICE”

4.1. The Job Board service is the publication of available job positions in the IT sector on a virtual board on the www.dev.bg page. Each User can choose whether to use the free or paid version of the Job Board Service.

4.2. The Job Board service is available both to Users with a Site Profile and to any legal entity duly registered and carrying out activities in the IT sector. By agreeing to these GTC, each User of the Job Board Service declares and guarantees that it is a company duly carrying out activity according to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

4.3. In the event that a User of the Job Board Service performs employment agency services and is subject to mandatory registration under the Employment Promotion Act, the registration number shall be expressly indicated in the Ads.

4.4. In the event that an Ad (whether free or paid) includes a representation of a trademark or other object of intellectual property, the User must own the distribution rights via the Site.

4.5. DEV.BG does not control and is not responsible for the existence, proper registration and compliance with the applicable regulations by the Users. In the event of non-compliance with the requirements under item 4.2, item 4.3 and item 4.4. above and/or other violations of the applicable law on the part of the User, it shall assume full responsibility before DEV.BG both when claims are made by third parties and when sanctions are imposed by a relevant competent authority.

4.6. The use of the Job Board service shall be declared in writing to DEV.BG, whereas:

4.6.1. The user chooses between the free or paid version of this service;

4.6.2. In the case of the free version of the Job Board DEV.BG service, DEV.BG determines whether to publish Ads from the sources specified by the User, how many and which free Ads of the User to publish, where they should be placed on the Site, as well as the duration of their visualization. The User shall indicate the source(s) of the text of the Ad(s) and shall expressly consent to their text being copied and reproduced by DEV.BG on the Site;

4.6.3. With the publication of the respective User’s Ad by DEV.BG, the contract for the Job Board Service (for both the free and the paid version) shall be considered concluded between the parties;

4.6.4. The User shall bear full responsibility for the content, terms and authorship of the respective Ad.

4.7. At the User’s request and after prior agreement with DEV.BG, content may be added, changed or removed in the text of the Ad. At its own discretion, DEV.BG can only make technical corrections to the text of the Ad (formatting, punctuation corrections). Ads published on the Job Board should only be for certain types of technical positions according to the Mini Boards on the Site. DEV.BG, at its own discretion, decides in which Mini Board on the Site to publish each At. One Ad can be distributed in more than one Mini Board.

4.8. Only Ads that meet the following requirements may be published on the Site:

4.8.1. Ads must not contain requirements of a discriminatory nature, materials that violate or do not respect the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, incl. fundamental human rights, intellectual property rights, etc., content of an illegal, obscene or offensive nature.

4.8.2. Ads must be for real and up-to-date job positions meeting all requirements of the applicable labour legislation.

4.9.1. By agreeing to these GTC, each User of the Job Board Service declares and guarantees that the User has the right to use any content of an Ad that is published on the Site, and that each Ad meets the requirements of item 4.8 above. In case this is not the case, the User shall bear full responsibility for any damages arising from this for DEV.BG or for any third parties.

4.9.2. The User shall assume full responsibility before DEV.BG in the event of claims by third parties in connection with the Ads published on the Site or the imposition of sanctions by a relevant competent authority. The User shall be obliged to indemnify DEV.BG for all amounts paid to third parties, as well as for all costs and expenses incurred by DEV.BG in this connection (including, but not limited to, costs for sending messages, notarized invitations, costs of legal proceedings, including state fees, attorney’s fees, enforcement fees and costs, etc.).

4.10.1. DEV.BG has the right to refuse the publication of an Ad or to remove an Ad from the Site in case of non-compliance with these GTC and/or at its discretion. In the event that the User uses the paid Job Board Service, DEV.BG may publish another of the same User’s Ads that meets the requirements of these GTC.

4.10.2. DEV.BG has the right to refuse, temporarily suspend or terminate the entire provision of the Job Board Service for a given User, without giving reasons for this. In case the User uses the paid Job Board Service, the User may continue to use it after the reason for the temporary suspension has disappeared. If it is impossible to recover the use of the paid Job Board Service, the amount paid for unpublished Ads shall be deducted from other obligations or refunded to the User.

4.11. After publication of an Ad on the Site, DEV.BG shall automatically forward all applications received for the relevant position to the email address specified by the User. The process is automated and DEV.BG does not perform any pre-processing, selection or review of the received applications. DEV.BG is not responsible for the content, up-to-date state and compliance of the received applications.

4.12. Any Ad shall be removed from the Site:

4.12.1. After removing the source/s of the text of the Ad under Art. 4.6 above;

4.12.2. At the request of the User of the Job Board Service;

4.12.3. In the event of a notification of an irregularity with the Ad;

4.12.4. Pursuant to Art. 4.10 above;

4.12.5. By order of a competent state authority.
In the event that the User uses the paid Job Board Service, and the Ad removed from the Site on the basis of item 4.12.2, the obligation to pay the price does not waive regardless of the duration of the Adt’s presence on the Site.

4.13. In the event that a User uses the free version of the Job Board Service, DEV.BG at its discretion and without the User’s consent has the right to place advertising banners and messages on the page of each Ad. In the event that the User wishes to use the additional functionalities offered by DEV.BG, the User may request the use of the paid version of the Job Board Service.

4.14.1. The paid Job Board Service can be requested once for only one Ad or for some of the subscription plans offered by DEV.BG. The service for a one-time paid Ad shall be used within the next 12 /twelve/ months from its request, whereas payment is due even if the User has not used the specified period for publishing an Ad.

4.14.2. Each Sponsored Ad is visualized before all other free Ads in the relevant Mini board for a period of 28 /twenty-eight/ days, starting from the date of its publication as a Sponsored Ad or in case it was previously a free Ad – from the date on which it has been declared as paid. In the event of more than one Sponsored Ad in a Mini Board, the sequence shall be determined according to the moment of publication, with each new Ad occupying the first position in the respective Mini Board. Advertising banners and messages shall not be placed on the Sponsored Ad page.

4.14.3. User of the paid Job Service shall pay the price within 7 /seven/ working days from the issuance of the invoice to the bank account of DEV.BG specified therein. Subscription plans incur a monthly fee.

4.14.4. In case of delay in payment of the paid Job Board Service by more than 7 /seven/ days, DEV.BG has the right to suspend the use of the Service and remove all Ads of the User, which does not release the latter from the obligation to pay for all requested paid Services.

4.14.5. DEV.BG has the right to require prepayment of certain paid Services as a condition for their provision.

4.15.1. Subscription plans for the paid version of the Job Service are monthly and are provided for a certain number of Ads. Each Subscription Plan provides the opportunity to use discounts and/or additional functionalities, and the User can choose and request a subscription plan through an active online request on the Site. By completing the request, a User account is created, containing information about the requested plan, used Sponsored Ads and additional functionalities, etc.

4.15.2. In the event that the User does not use the number of Ads specified for the respective subscription plan within the month, the unused Ads (but not the additional functionalities) shall be repeatedly transferred and accumulated for the following months, even if the User changes the type of subscription plan.

4.15.3. Each additional Ad, outside of the requested subscription plan, is paid as a one-off.

4.16. Depending on the subscription plan, DEV.BG provides the following additional functionalities for Sponsored Ads:

4.16.1. Basic statistics – information on the number of views of a given Sponsored Ad and the number of applications for this Ad;

4.16.2. Monthly PR publication – A User using this functionality can provide a text about his activity every month, which will be published on the Site after prior agreement and approval by DEV.BG;

4.16.3. Ad design – a User using this functionality can add an individual design to their Sponsored Ad;

4.16.4. Benchmarking and A/B testing – this functionality enables a User to compare the performance of a given Ad with others from the same Mini Board through aggregated statistics, to test two titles of the same Ad.

4.16.5. Additional location (place of work indicated in the Ad) – with this functionality, the User has the right to have another additional location (place of work) indicated in a Sponsored Ad the job position to which the given Adt refers;

4.16.6. Unlimited number of locations (place of work specified in the Ad) – with this functionality, the User has the right to have an unlimited number of locations (places of work) indicated in a Sponsored Ad for the job position to which the given Ad refers;

4.16.7. Without advertising banner for free Ads – with this functionality, no advertising banners and messages are placed on the pages of both the Sponsored Ads of this User and on the pages of Users free Ads;

4.16.8. ATS (application tracking system) adding the applications – functionality that allows the applications for Sponsored Ads of a User to be added to the ATS system used by the User.

4.17. A User of the one-time paid Job Board Service or a certain subscription plan can request the use of any of the additional functionality under item

4.16 for the corresponding additional payment and after prior agreement with DEV.BG.

4.18. A User of the paid version of the Job Board Service can terminate the use of a subscription plan at any time but shall owe payment for all paid Services requested up to that point. In the event that by the end of the requested month the User does not use the corresponding number of Ads (including those accumulated from previous months), the unused Ads (but not the additional functionalities) can be applied for and published within the next 12 /twelve/ months, as payment is due even if the User has not used the specified period for publishing Ads.

4.19. A User of the Job Board Service can request a change to their subscription plan at any time, with the change taking effect from the following month, and the unused Ads (but not the additional functionalities) from the previous plan are transferred to the new subscription plan.

4.20. The User of the Job Board Service agrees to DEV.BG distributing all or part of the Site’s Ads through other Internet sites, including through the so-called “job aggregators” (sites posting job Ads from many different sources).

V. SECTION “TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE BY APPLICANTS”

5.1. A User of the Services by applying for an Ad published on the Site can only be а natural person with full legal capacity, who has reached the age of 18. DEV.BG does not verify and control compliance with this requirement and is not responsible in case of use of the Services by a person who does not meet the specified age and legal capacity restrictions.

5.2. Any person meeting the requirements under item 5.1. above, can create an account (User profile) on the Site by filling out the registration form containing information about name and surname and e-mail address. The registration enables the storage of files (CV, references, motivational letters, etc.), as well as other functionalities.

5.3.1. The files stored in the profile of a registered User are accessible only to the User, and when applying for a vacancy Ad, the User himself decides what information to send and for what period to store it in his profile. The information that is stored in the profile and/or sent to other persons through the Site cannot contain: advertising content unrelated to the application; materials that violate or disrespect the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, including fundamental human rights, intellectual property rights, etc.; content of an illegal, obscene, offensive or indecent nature, as well as content that could harm the good name, offend a third party or reveal a secret protected by law. Each User shall be responsible and guarantees that the User has the right to use the content that the User stores in his user profile or sends to other persons through the Site, and that it does not contradict these GTCs or the law.

5.3.2. DEV.BG processes data for statistical purposes. The statistical purpose means that the result of the processing for statistical purposes does not contain personal data, but aggregated data, and that this result or the data obtained is not used to support measures or decisions concerning the User.

5.4. Before completing the process of creating a profile, each User is obliged to familiarize himself with the Privacy Notice of DEV.BG. Acquaintance with and compliance with the GTC and the Privacy Notice is a condition for completing the registration of the user profile and for the use of the Services on the Site, and from that moment the contract for the provision of the Service is considered concluded.

5.5. Each registered User is responsible for the actions performed through his user profile using his username and access password. In case of illegal access or possibility of such a registered User should notify DEV.BG. At any time, a registered User can edit the information in his user profile.

5.6. DEV.BG has the right to remove the user profile of a registered User from the Site in case of non-compliance with these GTC and/or at its discretion, without giving reasons for this.

5.7. Each user profile of a registered User can be blocked (temporarily suspended access to it) in the following cases:

5.7.1. In case of suspected violation of these GTC, of other conditions provided for on the Site, or of the applicable law;

5.7.2. Upon receipt of a request from a competent state body;

5.7.3. With a request from the registered User himself;

5.7.4. In the event of a report of an irregularity with the profile;

5.7.5. At the discretion of DEV.BG.

5.8. Each user profile of a registered User shall be removed from the Site:

5.8.1.By the User through a request to DEV.BG;

5.8.2. In case of suspicion of violation of these GTC, of other conditions provided for on the Site, or of the applicable law;

5.8.3. By order of a competent state authority;

5.8.4. Pursuant to item 5.6 above.

5.9. Upon closing an account and terminating the contract, the data stored in the account is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

5.10. DEV. BG is not responsible for damages and lost profits that occur as a result of use or inability to use the Site and/or Services, as well as blocking or deleting profiles/or content in accordance with these GTC.

5.11. Registration under item 5.2 is not a mandatory condition for applying for Ads on the Site, as any unregistered User can use the Service and request an application for a specific Ad using the function button at the end of the text of each Ad. By filling out the application form, each User is obliged to read the Privacy Notice of DEV.BG and GTC of the Site. Acknowledgment and compliance with the GTC and the Privacy Notice is a condition for completing the application process and from that moment the contract for the provision of the Service is considered concluded.

5.12. DEV. BG does not control and is not responsible for the content of the Ads published on the Site, nor whether the presented Employers are duly established and existing according to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. When applying, the information specified by the Applicant is forwarded to the Employer, and a copy is kept for DEV.BG. Each User decides for himself and at his own risk and responsibility which Ads and which Employers to send applications to.

5.13. With each application for a vacant position under an Ad, the Applicant receives a confirmation of the application at the email address specified by the User, with information on the exact Ad the User applied for.

5.14. DEV.BG is not an employment agency, does not carry out the agency activity of employment and in no way participates in the selection and selection of Applicants or in the subsequent communication and negotiation of terms between the parties. Each User decides for himself and at his own risk and responsibility what information to send, what contractual relations to enter into and under what conditions. DEV.BG is not a party to these relationships and for this reason, in case of non-compliance with proposed and/or agreed conditions or in case of violation of the applicable labour legislation, the affected party should contact the competent state authorities in whose competences and powers it is to carry out the relevant checks and take action.

VI. SECTION “PERSONAL DATA”

6.1. Processing of personal data. DEV.BG is the controller of personal data and processes personal data according to the Privacy Notice, which is an integral part of these GTC and is available on the Site. By accepting the GTC, will be considered that you have read the Privacy Notice, as well as that you agree to the processing of personal data by DEV.BG for statistical purposes according to 5.3.2 In case you have questions about how and why DEV .BG processes personal data, you can contact us at sve@dev.bg.

6.2. Relations with Employers. For the purposes of providing the Job Board Service, DEV.BG shares personal data of Applicants with Employers. DEV.BG and the Employers are separate controllers of personal data, and each Applicant should familiarize himself with the Privacy Policy/Notice of the Employer for whose open position the User has decided to apply. The relationship between DEV.BG and the Employers regarding the shared personal data of Applicants (“shared personal data”) is regulated according to the following rules:

6.2.1. Each party warrants that it processes shared personal data in good faith and lawfully and for the purposes set forth in these GTCs.

6.2.2. Each party ensures that it processes the shared personal data based on its own appropriate legal basis set out in the relevant Privacy Notice/Policy and made available to the Applicants in an appropriate manner.

6.2.3. DEV.BG shares personal data in the volume and type provided by Applicants only with Employers for which the respective Applicant has chosen to apply.

6.2.4. Each party applies appropriate technical and organizational measures in the processing of shared personal data. When sharing the data, the party to which it is transferred ensures that adequate and equivalent protection will be provided to the shared data, in particular:

6.2.4.1. Limiting access and applying appropriate technological protection measures;

6.2.4.2. Conducting regular assessment and testing for potential threats;

6.2.4.3. Ensuring that all employees handling personal data have been informed of their roles and responsibilities in relation to the processing of personal data;

6.2.4.4. When sharing Applicants’ data with Employers established outside the EU/EEA, Employers undertake to provide appropriate data protection safeguards, in particular Employers should provide a level of protection that is substantially equivalent to that guaranteed in the EU. In order to provide additional protection measures under the GDPR, DEV.BG and Employers who are established in countries that do not provide an “adequate level of protection” according to an EC decision, shall sign European standard contractual clauses for data transfer, an integral part of GTC.

6.2.5. The parties agree that the responsibility for processing requests to exercise the rights of Applicants belongs to the party processing personal data in the context of the relevant request.

6.2.6. The Parties agree upon receipt of a request from Applicants to exercise rights, to cooperate and provide reasonable and timely assistance in order to comply with the requests to exercise the rights of Applicants in a timely manner, as well as to respond to any other inquiries or complaints from their side.

6.2.7. Each party shall notify the other party as soon as possible, but no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of any security breach of shared personal data in order to limit the consequences of the breach.

6.2.8. In the event of a dispute or claim brought by an Applicant or a supervisory authority regarding the processing of shared personal data against one or both parties, each party undertakes to promptly inform the other party of any such dispute or claim.

6.3. Use of cookies. DEV.BG uses cookies to improve the functionality of the site and the quality of the services offered. For more information about cookies, you can consult the Cookie Policy, available on the Site and an integral part of these GTC.

VIII. SECTION “ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS”

8.1. The written statements and messages provided for in these General Terms and Conditions are considered to be validly made if they are made by e-mail, pressing a virtual button on the Site and the like, as long as the statement is technically recorded in a way that makes it possible to reproduce it.

8.2. In the event that any of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, this will not invalidate other clauses. The invalid clause will be superseded by the mandatory rules of law or established practice.

8.3. DEV.BG does not guarantee and is not responsible for the availability and proper provision of the Services outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. In the event that the User uses the Services, subject to these General Terms and Conditions, outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the User is solely responsible for compliance with the applicable legislation in accordance with the place of use of the Services.

8.4. The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria apply to all unresolved issues.

8.5. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that an agreement is not reached, all unresolved disputes arising from these GTCs or relating to them shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court in the city of Sofia.
